My husband and I are quite pleased with our partnership with Robert and Maria Frank of Property Solutions, LLC. They handle everything from locating properties, arrangements for purchase/sale, all marketing, and record keeping, etc. They even review all loan documents prior to our signing (they know what to look for…we don’t).
All we have to do is provide financial information, and sign papers; requires very little time on our part. They do the rest.
The real estate market has taken a turn, but that is a good thing for us. We are even more excited about the opportunity it creates for sound investing.
