house with a lil fire damage (mayview mo) $25000 3bd
ok this is what i have to offer it is a 3 bedroom home in mayview mo it has a 2 car attached gerage ( this is where the biggest damage is ) it has hard wood floors 1 1/2 bath up stairs and is stubbed for a full bath in the basement it is a ranch stile home with a huge yard 6 foot privacy fince all the way arround the back yard the house needs to have the plumming redone and the wiring redone ( the plumming needs redone because some one felt that the needed the copper lines more than i did ) ( the wiring because the fire was caused by baseboard heaters and that is what id do if i were to fix the home ) i have owned this house since 1999 and the view is just awsome on nice summer days you can sit out on the deck in the back yard and listen to the i 70 speedway races in the winter you can look out the front room window and see a breath taking view of the snow covered fields if you were to make the rpairs your self then it would cost about 15 to 20000 and the government is giving a huge tax credit for the perchus of homes like mine they will give you 15000 to help with the repairs if you are interested please feel free to contact me via e mail and we can talk sorry no pics i have no way to send but i would be happy to show you in person my e mail address is cotton_top26@yahoo.com thank you for your time and i am open to offers but please do not try to low ball me i know you cant build the basement for what i am asking for the house
